Luminox Navy Seals LU3951 Watch - Black Dial - This watch, part of the US Navy SEALs 3950 series is quite similar to the 3900 series but with one major difference: the Velcro pull-back strap on this watch is a much wider strap which gives the watch the look of an armband and makes it even more secure. The Velcro pull-back strap is popular among divers because of its ability to be adjusted for wear over any clothing. The dial of this watch is black with white hour markers.
Luminox watches need no external light source to "charge" the dial or hands in order to glow as do conventional luminous watches. Nor do they require the push of a button to light the dial, as do watches with electro luminescence.
